I am made of clouds, I am made of sea, of waves, of sand…
I am made of love and I become wave, I become sea and so, I become cloud again.
The slightest nuances are where figurines' charm lies.
The spectators
There are small painted figures on the painting canvas in this series, which gave me the inspiration to start experimenting with figurines over the years. I've been working on it for the past ten years. I refer to these individuals as the spectators because they appear to abruptly emerge from the picture and go for a stroll to view the sceneries from a different angle. They are storytellers and tale-bearers.
